Dr. Henderson grew up in Wake Forest, NC, received her undergraduate degree from NC State University in 2009 and went on to receive her dental degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2013. She completed a General Practice Residency program at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon and is Program Director for the Forsyth County Dental Society. She is also Treasurer for the 2nd District North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Henderson enjoys all areas of dentistry, especially putting anxious patients at ease and helping people, who would otherwise not seek dental care, work through their anxiety to achieve better oral health.
